In his early adult years – I myself heard Sadhguru profess – he walked and motor-cycle rode all over India, thinking, meditating and learning. He states he recalls almost all of his journey. Partially i am of the opinion his sensory movements and new experiences allows Sadhguru to retain the memory of events so many years later.

Good and Bad, according to Sadhguru, are just opinions to life, not facts, that prejudice or skew your feelings in regards to a sensory experience. Yet, when we experience something new or old or re-lived, we tend to have no option but to experience the moment with some sort of emotional attachment. This means, that, undoubtedly one’s sensory experience taints the actual meaning and understanding of what someone is going true to make the feelings and emotions associated with that experience highly personal.
